Mama Soods, a family-owned chutney brand, was preparing to take their fantastic product to market through a DTC Shopify website and TikTok Shop. Founder, Paalan, sought strategic consultation to shape his go-to-market approach and build a strong digital foundation.
Role:
Provided end-to-end strategic guidance to support the brand’s digital launch, with a dual focus on e-commerce and social commerce activation.
Key Contributions:
I supported Paalan in translating his brand vision into a functional, conversion-oriented DTC website by helping to develop initial wireframes. These wireframes were used to brief developers effectively and ensured a streamlined customer journey, clear messaging hierarchy, and product storytelling that reflected the warmth and authenticity of the brand.
Since launch, Mama Soods has gone on to achieve 5-figure revenue, with strong customer repeat rates and increasing traction on TikTok Shop – a testament to the power of a well-structured launch strategy and solid website foundation.
