Role:

Led the end-to-end strategy and execution for onboarding Myvitamins to LookFantastic – from concept development and commercial planning through to launch, trading, and performance optimisation.

Key Contributions:

Analysed category trends and consumer demand signals to identify the strategic fit between LookFantastic’s audience and Myvitamins’ product portfolio.

Shaped the commercial strategy, curated the launch assortment, and aligned promotional plans and messaging with LookFantastic’s tone and trading calendar.

Collaborated across e-commerce, marketing, and brand teams on both sides to ensure a seamless integration and coordinated push across channels.

The partnership was a commercial success, with Myvitamins quickly becoming the bestselling vitamin brand on LookFantastic, solidifying its position within the growing wellness category and unlocking a new revenue stream for both parties.
