Role:
Led the full go-to-market and growth strategy for TikTok Shop, owning performance and creative planning while collaborating across influencer, content, and e-commerce teams.
Key Contributions:
Took the TikTok Shop channel from concept to execution – launching the storefront, product formats, and fine-tuning pricing and promotional mechanics to maximise conversion from day one.
Developed a tailored product mix, combining hero SKUs with bundling and promo strategies. Within a short timeframe, Myvitamins’ TikTok Shop scaled to a six-figure revenue stream, becoming a high-growth channel with strong retention and repeat purchase behaviour.
